Founded in 2017, MyDr is a leader in fully cloud-based EDM solutions in Poland. Our flagship product, MyDr EDM, is used in over 10,000 clinics. It covers scheduling, e-prescriptions, e-referrals, e-sick leaves, telemedicine, and full integration with the government P1 Platform.

About the Role

You will build software used by thousands of people in healthcare. You will work in a small, dynamic team with a great deal of freedom over architectural and business decisions, and help create new features based on the needs of the medical market in Poland and worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications used by thousands of users
• Build new functionality based on the needs of the medical market
• Take part in architectural and business decisions
• Use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) to speed up development, debugging, and documentation
• Verify AI-generated results carefully to maintain quality and security
• Manage your own processes and take initiative within a small team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on web applications
• Experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Daily use of AI tools (LLMs, agents) in engineering work, with a solid approach to verification, quality, and security
• Comfortable working in a small team, taking initiative, and making decisions
• English communication, spoken and written (B2+)
